Welcome to the popcorn-kernel wiki!

The goal of this project is to expand the execution boundary of the process beyond a single machine by allowing threads to run on distributed nodes.

Popcorn can be run on the real hardware setting or the VM setting. If you are the first time using popcorn, we strongly suggest you follow the instructions for setting up Popcorn on VMs. It allows you to set up the popcorn Linux environment on an x86 machine using QEMU to simulate the x86_64<-->arm64 machine pair.

If you have any questions, mail to Xiaoguang Wang xiaoguang@vt.edu or Sang-Hoon Kim sanghoonkim@ajou.ac.kr. Have fun!
