As per my conversation with @adamcogan, @igorgoldobin and @tiagov8, we need to review and migrate those rules.

Tasks - ordered

Review the rules myself and decide whether they should be migrated, updated and/or archived
Get Igor to review them
Review them with Adam
Action the final decision for each of them
