Thanks for pointing this out. Unfortunately, we can't review and merge patches through the github interface. The puppet-openstack project is managed by the OpenStack infrastructure, which uses Gerrit for the review and merge process. Just wanted to point it out without spending too much time on it. Feel free to take credit for the fix over there if you want to. I'm not interested in investing time on this at the moment (seems like a lot of work for a small fix like this).
