An update to StakeCubeCoins mining algorithm from x11 to x25x.

This update is being prepared to adjust the fairness in mining to fewer FGPA's and ASICS, to greater CPU/GPU capability. This is the starting process that will need some adjustments while testing with difficulty to make sure we achieve our selected block time/spacing. But this is the integration for the use of the new Algorithm by June 12th on Testnet and June 30th on Mainnet, times are just speculative that can be adjusted either now or anytime but for the start here are just hardcoded time placeholders. Through testing, if wanted we can set it as chain parameters and keep it in line with other feature enabling.
