Description
This pull request switches the publish form used by Runway from being the default
publish-formcomponent to being a custom publish form component.Why?, you might ask? Well, because in #28 we're introducing front-end routing and as part of that card I want to add a 'Visit URL' button to the publish form and this is the only way to do that.
This PR builds on the frontend setup that I did on another branch.
