"Create Entry" button still visible for Pages Collection, even if user doesn't have permission to do so

Bug Description

I have set up an "Editor" role, which I have allowed to View and Edit entries in the Pages collection. However when using that Role the "Create Entry" button is still visible for that collection. It does give a warning message "This action is unauthorized" when I click the button, but I don't think it should be visible to roles that cannot use it.

How to Reproduce

• Create a new role, and allow them to View Pages Entries and Edit Entries
• Log in using that role and view the Pages collection
