Assets manager upload file issue

When uploading a file, there's no confirmation that the file has been uploaded and it requires a manual refresh for that file to appear on the list.

When the file gets uploaded, it should be added to the top of the list. This happens for me.

If you're not seeing this behavior, do you have any JS errors?

I see the file at the top, but not on the list itself. Is this intentional? When I refresh, my newly uploaded file gets listed.

@jason that looks like maybe the Vue version in the release is behind. Vue.set() is new right?

Yep maybe there are old compiled assets in there.
