This is the same version as shown on list, except (following @josef-pkt suggestions):

  1. link to contrast.rst
  2. link in index.html TOC
  3. mention of the from_formula signature call

Ok to merge for me. Some of the language for the operators is a bit loose, but I think there are enough links to patsy for anyone to get all of the gory details that they need.
