The spammer will just stop spamming when the curve is delayed and will resume doing so once the curve resumes. Also still has the problem of having contributors being completely clueless as to when to contribute. NACK |

delayCurvesif the chain is spamed.This PR allows prefix the blogs of the segments of the curve.
The first segment is for SGT holders.
This PR keeps the same parameters for the curve as before.
