Mining stats should be updated with pow2 in mind.

Actually, mining stats should simply be made clearer. This would be fantastic.

Mining time estimates have increased with this change. The previous estimation algorithm has been incorrect since the change to pow2, and tends to underestimate the block production time.

A note about this should be included in the release notes for next release. Block production times have not increased, only the displayed estimate has changed to more accurately reflect the actual time to produce.
