/home/steem/bin/steemd-v0.20.12: error while loading shared libraries: libsnappy.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

despite STEEM_STATIC_BUILD=ON

Caused unpleasant surprise after copying binary from builder to a clean system.
