without my vpn on pulsar works perfectly, but if i have my vpn running(which I want to have happen for obvious reasons) my download speed has only gotten up to 40 Kb/s. Is there a setting somewhere i need to change to have it work?

With PIA i saw a aetting where you can set a specific port. How would i go
about putting that into pulsar?

The reason is likely that the incoming port isn't opened. This is why I

Pulsar (like other torrent clients) relies on others being able to
directly connect with it through an incoming port to send content. Most VPN
provider NAT their connections meaning their is no full route to the IP
address that the VPN provider gives you. Because of this, some VPN
providers (eg PIA) allow you to request an incoming port. The problem is in
the case of PIA, that the incoming port is random, and you can't request a
specific port. So to have Pulsar get to good speeds, you have to be able to
set that port that Pia give you into pulsar.

I set port forwarding, then put the given port into the listen port min and
max. It didnt work though and things still dont download.

If you can grab a specific port from PIA that lasts across vpn
connections, then you can set the port in pulsars settings in kodi.
How did you grab that specific port?

I have the problem.
But when I use another software without port forwarding (PIA and transmission) the speed is great.
So I thinl isn't about the port forwarding and the soft do another issue.

For now, haven't find good solution.
