RHEL 7's gnutls 3.3.29 does not take the private key passwords like later versions take it. We require at least 3.4.0, though I am not entirely sure when that change occurred. We may actually require >3.4.0. Signed-off-by: Stefan Berger <stefanb@linux.ibm.com>
