Motivation for this PR is I want to access
num_sponsoredbut TS raises falsy errorsimplements Omit<ServerApi.AccountRecord,_${string}`` enforces defining fields that are present on ServerApi.AccountRecord but don't start with underscore.implements ServerApi.AccountRecordwould enforce definining_linksaspublicproperty, which looking at_baseAccountyou don't intend
