Hi,

I'm new to github and to airsonos - so first of all: thank you for the great work & coding airsonos for us & making it available to everyone. thank you.

Unfortunately i do have a issue with airsonos:

Searching for Sonos devices on network...
Setting up AirSonos for Office {192.168.2.104:1400}
Setting up AirSonos for Office {192.168.2.104:1400}
Setting up AirSonos for Kitchen {192.168.2.198:1400}
Setting up AirSonos for Kitchen {192.168.2.198:1400}

  • Linux raspberrypi 3.18.11-v7+ #781 SMP PREEMPT Tue Apr 21 18:07:59 BST 2015 armv7l GNU/Linux
  • node/v0.12.3
  • airsonos@0.1.1

I am able to stream to all of the above devices, but it looks "ugly" on my iphone and confuses (all the time) my girlfriend..."where do i have to stream the music to?!"....

I have no clue why this happens, but i'm pretty sure you need more information (log files or so).

please let me know what information I could post to support troubleshooting.

Thank you

p.s. i googled/duckduckgo'ed a lot...but without success :/

p.p.s. i'm still using a sonos bridge to connect the two play 1 devices to my network...is a bridge not compatible to airsonos?

I have a fix running on my computer at home, but it's a bit of a hack. I can publish a better fix later.

Hey this is a duplicate issue - see #114 . Also at least two fixes and PR's are present and reported solving the problem. Whether these PRs are hacks or not depends on what one believe is the cause of the problem. See for instance #134

yes, close it as a duplicate. I am also new to Github. Do you have permission to close the issue?
