The build is failing with Django 1.4 and Python 3.3.

But Django docs says that Django 1.4 works only with 2.x. I'm missing something or we can fix this only by dropping this build?

We are using exclude to eliminate Python 3.3 to Django 1.4 of the build matrix, but the Django version at .travis.yml is 1.4.13, and the currrent 1.4 version is 1.4.16.
