Let Django devs validate our emails addresses for us.

This increases the max_length of email addresses to 254 and adds Django's validate_email validator to new email addresses.

See the code for EmailField for exactly how it works.

Note that this does not allow for the typical FirstName LastName <email-address@example.com> format, but we didn't allow that before anyway.
