This release provides an extension to the EbayesThresh interface allowing for data vectors with heterogeneous variances. Additional minor improvements to the package include: (1) more stable computation of likelihoods and model parameters; (2) tests using the testthat package and Continuous Integration; and (3) a vignette illustrating ebayesthresh with homogeneous and heterogeneous variances.
