nlopt_stop_x, thenlopt_stop_xsfunction should stop only if all of the variables are converged to with the given tolerance, not if any of them are. Reported by @aitap in #183 (comment)(It doesn't seem like this function is used anymore, so the bug shouldn't affect anyone. Still, it's better not to have this problem sitting in the code.)
