This plugin for Sublime Text 3 lets you copy a Magento template from the base theme into your own theme in order to customize it. Just run the Magento Themer function when you're viewing a base template and fill in a package name and design name (defaults to sublime project name + '/default'), and the template will be copied to your theme.
