+At the time of writing, there are two user interfaces for DNAnexus you can toggle between, a "Classic Version" and a "New version". Our ProteinPaint "viewer shortcuts" don't properly launch from the new user interface. To launch these, please switch to the "Classic Version" of the user interface.
