1297 - Improved MCF implementation when registration workflow is specified
Remove cookies from /oauth/revoke
Still a couple minor issues with spring components, to make it work they are overridden in the example application's config Cookie max age is hardcoded (need to grab the date info from the Okta JWT) Once the spring component issues are worked out, tests will be added to take this from POC to real code
cleaned up spring components, no more special code in the example project

TODO: We may need more general error message mapping between Okta and Stormpath, this is a one off solution
We will likely need to change this, to configuring an email server and sending out a mail via a templated message.
