@ndelangen, this pull-request has been open for 2 months without an action or a comment. If it's still valuable and wished to be merged, I can resolve the new conflicts from master. Otherwise I suggest we just close this one and reopen a new one if the need prevails. Glad to see you're maintaining the project now. Been stagnating for a while. |

@einarlove Thanks, I'm thinking closing this for now is the easier option. In the future I'd very much like to open up options to config the middleware more. |
