With this temporary hotfix in place, the user doesn’t have to modify the panel.js file anylonger.
Don’t make people think they have to install any required dependencies

After merging the release, there are some things to be done:

* smaller toolbar buttons * fixed toolbar arrow positioning
Changed default buttons to a set with only the most required ones (when looking at the general user).
This prevents the „code“ icon from breaking it’s button

I'm going to merge and tag the current state as a prerelease now for other developers to play around with. After some more testing, we may be able to tag a proper 1.0.0. |

With the latest changes to the JS resources and some finishing touches on the documentation done, I guess we're ready for a propper 1.0.0 release.
@gona Let me know if there's something missing or if there are any unconsidered issues.
If there are no more tweaks necessary, I'm going to merge to master and tag the 1.0.0 release tomorrow.
