cmake: Install backend-specific find modules in subdirectories #117

Find modules that are defined by this project are installed as well to ensure that the respective dependencies are properly resolved. Improve the file structure by installing backend-specific modules into respective subdirectories. This way, the install-time module directory is consistent with the build-time one.
