Describe the bug
Media library search -Page reloads during search - Not able to type in all the phrases

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Go to: Media Library
  2. Click on: Search field
  3. Try to enter phrases a bit slowly
  4. Observe: Page reloads on entering a single character & focus moves from Search field to body
  5. It's happening with each letter & it's so Frustrating to enter phrases in the Search filed

Expected behavior
Search should happen gracefully & focus should remain on the search field while entering phrases in it.

Note: Content-Type search field is working good. Focus is remaining on the search field while entering phrases.

System

Node version: v10.15.3
NPM version: 6.4.1
Strapi version: 3.0.2
Database: Mongo & S3 File storage for File uploads
Operating system: MAC
