Really sorry for the inconvenience. I was able to reproduce and fix the issue. Just run the sync on your device and all the links will be restored. No need to do anything else.

Issue Summary: The notes from the mobile app are synced with the desktop app, but it is not listed in their respective Notebooks as in the mobile app.
Example:-
In the mobile app, the "Blog Drafts" notebook contained 2 notes in the mobile app, "Article 1" and Article 2".
In the desktop app, "Article 1" and "Article 2" appears in the Notes list, but not contained in the "Blog Drafts" notebook.
Both app showed similar syncing time (23m ago).
