Allows a `-fixtures` and `-spec` path to be specified on the CLI which will override the versions that come out of the binary. Also adds support for YAML.

-fixturesand-specpath to be specified on the CLI which will override the versions that come out of the binary. Also adds support for YAML.This will eventually allow us to easily worth with prerelease features, but we need to get a few things tightened up with fixture variants first.
