A bash script to check for Pwned Passwords offline using the downloadable pwned passwords list.

Usage

Download pwned-passwords-sha1-ordered-by-count-v8.7z.torrent (torrent), or use an alternative download link.

Extract pwned-passwords-sha1-ordered-by-hash-v8.7z

 7z e pwned-passwords-sha1-ordered-by-hash-v8.7z

Run pwned.sh
```
 chmod +x pwned.sh
 ./pwned.sh
```

BSD look utility

Requires look(1) - bsdmainutils-look with support for large files.
