There used to be a bug here that caused an error when moving a fullscreen window to a new group. The fix for that broke the order of operations, causing fullscreen windows not to be raised.

Fixes #909
There used to be a bug here that caused an error when moving a fullscreen window to a new group. The fix for that (#862, b7c636c) broke the order of operations, causing fullscreen windows not to be raised.
This should fix both problems.
