sublime text 3 delete folder JQuery-master

when i past jquery master to package folder after few minutes sublime text delete it !!

.. i try to repeat this problem...My English is poor..

when i download this file and copy to file path of my subline,
(For example copy to E:\Users\Youli\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 2\Packages)
i then i restart subline and set syntax JQ ,but can't find it
and i find file path ..\Sublime Text 2\Packages

I found it be deleted...

My version of the system Windows 7 ultimate edition
subline version: 2.0.2 build 2221

The best way to install things is with Package Control, go to https://packagecontrol.io/installation and then install this package using that.
