Add the most basic of .travis.yml files to configure https://travis-ci.org for this repository.

I am a big fan of travis. I noticed that this travis config doesn't do much. How would this build loop detect errors?

@jhpoelen My goal with this PR is to get the most basic of builds running and shown in the README. Deeper testing can come afterward, and those changes will checked by travis automatically once there is a .travis.yml in master branch.
