Action Block Rename on .tb Load sometimes breaks code

This needs some investigation.

The main gist is:

• When you open a .tb file
• Then delete the code on the screen
• Then reopen the original .tb code

Then, some of the names call nonexistent objects, which cause the code to break. (It tries to call names in the code that are no longer present).

I will try to find an example, but I experienced this when I was demonstrating our event example.
