Trash inaccessible with different screen sizes (Tested 1024x768) #642

I do not really understand what specific circumstances are needed to reproduce this bug, but this is how I found it:

  • I plugged my computer into a projector using a VGA adapter
  • The screen size automatically changed to 1024x768 (I assume this size, b/c that is the video frame dimensions)
  • I tried to throw something away, but the trash was completely inaccessible

I couldn't get trash to work on Windows 10 running Chrome either. No idea what the resolution was. Something is very broken.

@walterbender @pikurasa I think we should be looking into the resizing issue on various browsers, shall discuss on irc as to how to go about it.
