Fixed gulpfile and gitignore #2199

I've fixed some changes that were causing error on running gulp after merging #2116

Converted gulp.task to function for prettify and validate.
Converted rest of the functions to arrow functions as part of Use arrow functions instead instead of normal ones #2198

Also added package-lock.json to .gitignore as we don't want contributors to commit their package-lock file.
