Compiling

To compile this document, you need following programs:

• Python 3.x (Tested: 3.6.1)
• Sphinx (Python Documentation Generator) (Tested: 1.6.2)
• LilyPond (>= 2.19.59)
• pdf2svg (here or here)

After installing these programs, run:

make html

or:

make epub
