We are now up-to-date in terms of our dependency to perfect-scrollbar:

This closes #25. No change in terms of usage is needed.

It is now possible to perform scroll and update operations on perfect-scroll via using newly introduced PerfectScrollController mixin. This closes #13 and #21. In summary; you now have more power on the perfect-scroll!

Ember is also updated to 2.16.
