Test Symfony 7 FOSRestBundle pull request.
Why?
Check if Sulu would already be compatible when using FriendsOfSymfony/FOSRestBundle#2400
Sulu still uses Symfony 6.4 but we atleast can make sure if the Pull Request would break something. Sulu never used the sensio extra bundle features of FOSRest so we should not have any requirement to change something aslong as the other features of FOSRest still work the same.
