by only one pixel, but you see a sliver of the window on the next monitor
not a big deal, but might be easy to fix

I cant refute, nor replicate, my observation is that SumatraPDF occasionally "bounces" the edge, that is I sometimes see it exceed the first screen into the second then it contracts to fit the first again

I my case there is no visible overhang (even if i overscan on the secondary)
it could be any integer math falls left side of boundary for me

@chris2crawford
it helps in this case to give versioning info and any hints as to hardware or if you are using off normal settings such as scaling or windows theming adjustments that could affect borders

Hmmm! with version 3.1.2 on win10 using a twin screen I see no problem when maximised, however when not maximised there is (depending on width) a small overhang of the canvas beneath the top bar
I tried to capture the application screen but the overhang does not get captured !! so here is a snip from the wholescreen capture

3.1.2 is significantly updated to 3.2.+ so I have to suggest (although it may make no difference to the border) you first try one of the portable builds from https://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/prerelease.html
