Bug report

Describe the bug

We don't have any documentation for slot_name: #40 (comment)

Additional context

We should add some documentation that:

  1. shows users how the slot_name var
  2. documents down what it is (allows postgres to track the "last position")
  3. explains how to get multiple servers connecting to postgres, without conflicts
