— moves security and performance advisors to their own top level menu item ("Advisors")
— adds icons next to Table Editor entities if they have lints
— adds button to GridHeaderActions which describes the issue and links to security advisor (views and materialized views)
— tables still respect the existing RLS on/off flow that we have today
