This now conforms to the way `commands` places grid label text, with a default text width of "20000" which should accommodate most labels (esp. those derived from specs)

Purpose and Motivation
This is a follow-on to #5827, which changed the behavior of
DrawGrid:*test.Help docs are also brought up to date and errors there were corrected, hyperlinks added, etc.
