support for signing of delegation signatures

Describe the solution you'd like
As discussed in multiple chats already we need to support signing of delegation signatures via SH wallet. The absense of this feature currently doesn't allow average users to make use of the AENS wrapping solution I am developing right now.

For me personally this is a blocker to advertise the AENS wrapping solution.
