[bugfix] Fix some AP interface bugs + inconsistencies related to reading articles from Bookwyrm

This pull request updates some of our federated Statusable parsing logic:

• Fall back to reading Name property into Status.ContentWarning when Summary property is not set
• Continue to parse MediaAttachment from Attachmentable even if MediaType property is not set, since we don't really use it anyway.
• Make function signature of some ap extract functions simpler since we were swallowing errors from them anyways.
