User Issue: T15251 - Display Issue with Single-Select Matrix Inside Panel
https://surveyjs.answerdesk.io/internal/ticket/details/T15251

View Demo

To reproduce the issue, place a Single-Select Matrix into a Panel, add more columns to a matrix. Scroll horizontally to the rightmost column and select an option. On a wider screen, you'll see that the form is shifted.
