When exporting excel (projects and components), it is necessary to have the filtered view also in the excel export.

Excel Export is the red button in the upper right of the list views

For projects Excel export, this involves also respecting the access restrictions who can see which projects.

actually: it is about filters not keyword search. User sets some filters and then the list is updated (note that a new request to the server is issued and the shown list is actually the server response) - for this list the Excel export should be limited.

discussion: maybe the row ids in the table maintained in the web UI could e used for that.
