Fix bundler

swc_bundler:

• Reduce level of logging.
• Handle export specifiers without alias. ([bundler] Uncaught TypeError: mod.join is not a function denoland/deno#8573)
• Handle normal initialization while reordering statements. ("Uncaught TypeError" after running deno bundle denoland/deno#8574)
• Handle top level awaits in wrapped modules. (bundler fails on top level await in export * as log re-exported module denoland/deno#8584)
• Benchmark

Single thread benchmark result: (osx, system allocator)

• three.js: 637,085,626 ns/iter = 0.637 s/iter.

Single thread benchmark result: (osx, jemalloc)

• three.js: 418,903,689 ns/iter = 0.418 s/iter.

My MBP Spec:

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)
2.3 GHz Dual core Intel Core i5
16GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

I also tested jemalloc version because jemalloc tends to make huge difference for swc on mac.

Postponing denoland/deno#8545 because I guess it to take some time to fix, thus separate pr would be better.
