removed comments about "Poisson distribution" and "lamda = 8" that we left over when `x <- rpois(1, lambda=8)` was changed to `x <- 8` in f60708b

Note: this "bug" was discovered by @flor14 @monialo2000 when comparing the Spanish and English versions of the text. They described the discrepancy in swcarpentry/r-novice-gapminder-es#57 Thanks @flor14 @monialo2000! |
