Add heading as label for the link list in post-search component

Inside the search flyout there is a h2 title. If the user tab trough the list she/he knows not to which title the list item belongs.
Add an id attbute to the h2 title in the flyout and an aria-labelledby attribute to the corresponding link list underneath the title.
