spacemacs/report-issue does not work

running spacemacs/report-issue fails silently.

@pekhee Do you have some more informations, like some reproduction steps, the context, some debug trace with SPC t D, …?

Also, this command is supposed to open a new webpage on github with an issue pre-filled, can you double-check it is not the case? Note that due to some Github limitation, if the pre-filled text is too long, github may not interpret the page ending on a white page.

Same thing here. C-c C-c does nothing at all. I have debug-on-error activated and nothing happens.

I think in my case problem came from xdg-open. Minimal DE (XMonad) and faulty config. I'm not sure but probably whatever ran xdg-open swallowed the error.
